G'day David, i am looking for this book but so far it seems to be available only via harmonicamasterclass.com, and i can't order from Australia. Any idea how far off wider availability is likely to be?

Is it in the stores. I go to Sam Ash is it in S.A. Some of your books are there( Harmonica section ) and I don't have to order them
