Hello David!! I have to say this is the best harmonica lessons I ever had!! I would like to know if you can explain the technique of Rick to make vibrato on 3' draw (half step bend) that he always uses. Thank you very much!!!! Big Hug !! Mariano

This is a standard vibrato. Visit the lesson "Tremolo & Vibrato" and I explain it there.

Thank you David!! Sorry my mistake , I think Rick always uses 3 draw hole step bend vibrato and I got your answer that is explained also in your vibrato and tremolo section speaking of the Chewing Vibrato, Thank you very much!!! Mariano

The "Chewing Vibrato" is the way that most players perform it, though Rick could be using the standard vibrato. Research his videos on YouTube (or his interview on BluesHarmonica.com or his video lesson DVD) and if you can see him use the 3" vibrato, if he's moving his jaw, then it's the chewing vibrato... if not, then it's the standard vibrato. Either way... you practice both and use which one works and sounds best for YOU.
