Hello David,

When playing a throat tremolo (on, say, "Walk with Me"), is it important to try to play the tremolo "notes" in rhythm?

At the slow speed a triplet feels comfortable, but at the regular speed that might be tough to do.

Thank you!

Dr. Spoons

Hello Dr. Spoons. No, it is

Hello Dr. Spoons. No, it is not. Our goal is to actually not do that. The goal is to have the tremolo float... commonly somewhere between 3 to 4 notes (~3.5) or 4 and 5 notes (~4.5) per beat. You choose the speed, it's a stylistic, and individualistic, element unique to each player.
