He's playing a 2 draw in a triplet rhythm there. You can use any articulation that's comfortable to you to create this rhythm. Ideas would be...
1) Ka Ka Ka
2) Ta Ta Ta (pucker embouchure)
3) Ta Ka Ta (pucker embouchure)
4) TA-DL-A (pucker embouchure)
5) Using the throat (like in a tremolo)
6) Side-pulls (where the tongue is completely on the harmonica and lifts the right hole only in a triplet rhythm)
