i saw someone ask about a PR. I was jut assuming  mine was not harp friendly. I have a 3 year old PR with 65 all tube circuitry! Can it be made harp friendly...and if so what should I do! I am basically a plug and play guy....but I do like a little more bass!

Thanks.

Princeton Reverb amps

Hello Gordon- Well, the Princeton Reverb is one of the most-used and most-recorded amps in history for guitar, and I am certain that a skilled harp player could get a good tone with one.  That said, like many Fender amps, the PR is very bright and prone to feedback when used for harp. Put the treble on zero, the bass on ten, and try the #2 input jack. You could also experiment with a lower-gain preamp tube in V1, although it will probably reduce the bass.  I would not suggest any serious "mods" to the circuit.
