Preamp Tubes; 12AY7; Reliable Source

I just wanted to know a good reliable source for purchasing tubes! I want to purchase a 12AY7 and had read your previous post that mentioned you don't have to buy the latest and greatest tubes out there. That being said, where should I look to purchase some tubes at a reasonable price that include quality and reilability? There are no biased answers here...
Thanks for writing. I think you are very safe buying used, vintage, preamp tubes on eBay from (very) reputable dealers. You will see quite a few sellers with thousands of positive feedback sales. One I like on eBay goes by the seller's ID "dangeruxb".
I think buying vintage power tubes is way too risky. Power tubes are so device-specific that unless you have lots of experience (and test equipment) you can really start blowing stuff up!
