Hey gang,
I have a cold and would like to practice on the harmonica.

Do I have to be concerned with germs and getting the same old cold again and again in the future?

What do you guys/gals do when you are not feeling so well and want to practice?

Thanks for your tips.
Chris

I would clean it with 99%

I would clean it with 99% alcohol at the mouthpiece.

I also have set of junk harmonica for those kind of situations.

It shouldn't be a problem.

Theoretically, at least, the chance of being re-infected with the same cold virus that you have recently recovered from is small. The antibodies that you have mustered to get rid of the infection in the first place should last much longer than the virus can "live" on the harmonica.
