It seems it is because this harp is new , not much information out there

What is the exact note layout ?

I found this

https://images.static-thomann.de/pics/atg/atgdata/document/manual/535147...

but it only tells about blow and the first draw notes not the bending .

Where can I get the complete layout?

Bending on PentaHarp

You might pose this question to Winslow. The chart you found appears to be the complete layout for each key. I.e., it should be all you need. Any hole for which the draw reed is at least a full step above the blow reed should be bendable at least a half step down (and likewise, as with Richter tuning, any hole where the draw reed is more than a full step above the blow reed is correspondingly bendable even further). Using charts that show bends and overblows for Richter-tuned harmonicas, you should be able to transpose bendability for the PentaHarp. Will be interested in what you find out.

Bending on the Pentaharp

On any key of PentaHarp, only the draw reeds bend.

Draw 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, and 10 bend down two full semitones.

Draw 2, 5, and 8 bend only microtonally - maybe a quarter tone at most, similar to how Draw 5 bends on a standard diatonic.

The natural and bent notes give you 10 of the 12 notes of the chromatic scale. Two overblows in each octave would be needed to supply the missing two notes: OB 1, 3, 4,  6, 7, 9, and 10.

Use this information with the note layout for any key of PentaHarp and you'll see exactly what you have to work with.
