I am sure this topic has been covered so if you can point me in right direction to thread or your previous posts?

I guess it's a lot to do with too much tension.  Trying to relax.    I have to stop and breathe.  not sure now if I have too much air or not enough.  I know I am supposed to be breathing just normally and not forcing.

Also, is it just practice for tongue issues?   I can play a song like you are my sunshine tongue blocking around a couple of times and then on the high notes my tongue just starts blocking the hole I am trying to ply and I seem to lose 'control' of it.  very frustrating.  I usually leave the song and come back to it later.  Clearly not a viable solution!

Thanks gary

Sorry Gary, I did not. Yes,

Sorry Gary, I did not.

Yes, this will come with time.

Make sure that you're using a very light touch with your tongue on the face of the harmonica (otherwise it willl create friction and drag when moving around the harmonica).

Also play with an open (tongue dropped in the middle and back) and relaxed embouchure (a slight yawn does the trick)... the high notes are sensitive.
