Not Printing

In Tongue Blocking Study 2.5 the first page of the pdf does not print I have tried a few times I checked th cue for any pending printing but it's fine other pdf's I print from other study's print out fine .And besides B.H.com I can print other pdf's from other site's ok . But the first page of T.B. 2.5 does not print.

Has any one else have this issue? ( I put a message in Admin )

I know this is an old post,

I know this is an old post, but you might try clearing your print cue, downloading adobe client again, saving the file to your machine and printing from there. A good old reboot can work wonders too. I'f you're connecting thru USB, unhook reboot without print USB, shut down, reboot once again and then see. Your machine should reinstall the print drivers and hopefully clear the issue. I'm guessing you're on a PC. Hope this helps.
