contact

Hi david, i've been having trouble with the videos stopping and starting.  i posted to the "admin" forum more than a month ago and have not received any guidance as to what the issue might be.  i sent an email (and gave my phone number) to the "contact us" address and still no response.  i can't find a phone number to call, so i'm hoping that by posting here someone can contact me about this problem.  i love the site but it is of limited value if the videos don't work.  thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.  arron.
