mp3 question re: ASD

Great program. All I need to do is erase 40 years of playing in bar bands, holding a harp in my right hand, and not even heard of tongue blocking, but I digress.
I am using an iPhone 11 with 14.8 software.
I use the ASD app on a regular basis, importing songs from Apple Music Library.
Question is, How do I import an MP3 so that I can slow it down?

Welcome to the site Larry. I work with a lot of students like yourself... enjoy all the new, cool ideas and filter them into your playing over time (small chunks are good). Also, no need to change the way you hold... it already works for you.
To your question, I think the focus is to get the file onto your phone first. When I go to the site on my iPhone and hold down my finger over the MP3 file for a couple of seconds, it gives me the option to save the file on my phone.
I don't have ASD on my phone, but I believe this is where you now need to import it into ASD now. Hopefully it's as simple as improtinhg and locating the file.
I wish I could be of further assistance. If this doesn't get you going in the right direction, maybe post this to the General part of the forum and see if anyone else has worked this out.
