Movement Ex Essential Scales LOA 5

David in the movement exercise essentail scales the first example (C Major) the upper octave has the "B" note requiring a hole 10'.  You do mention that we can ignore this note or play it if we want to. I don't know if this is called a blow bend or what, but how to do this has not yet been covered up to level 5, correct?
