Hi David!

The Song "Moanin' At Midnight" Howlin Wolf,
it's a Modal song?
and a Hook based song like you explain in Improvising Study 7?

PS: great like Howlin play :), i like the alternating usage of 2draw and 3+ (2 2" 1 3+ 2)
