Mark Hummel 35th Blowout Tour

This is Mark's 35th year of his "Blues Harmonica Blowout" tour. Just two shows left. Check out his website, and if you can make one or the other of these last two shows before he goes off to Europe, don't miss it.

Last night friends (including one great harp player) and I drove over an hour to the closest of this year's tour venues. RJ Mischo, Curtis Salgado and Magic Dick on this year's tour, along with Steve Freund, Anson Funderburg, Wes Starr and Rodrigo Montovani in the band. An incredible show.

Sadly, each year Mark is booking smailer and smaller venues for the Blowout tour, most likely because the tradiitional blues harmonica audience is aging.  But wherever you live, don't let age keep you away. Wheelchair? Crutches? Cane? Oxygen Tank? Fallng asleep at 6:30 pm? To heck with it. Get out there to any and all live blues shows!
