g'day, i am looking for a backing track for All Night Long AKA Rock Me, especially in the vein of the Jr Wells/Buddy Guy cut from the mid 60s. can anyone steer me towards something suitable?

Thanks,

Check these out.

Try bluesblast.com. The version on there is pretty slow (it's near the bottom of the page), but your software could probably speed it up to where you want it. It sounds fairly good.

There's also one (BB King version) that's about the right speed but a little less cool sounding at http://www.ejamtube.com/tracks/bb_king/rock_me_baby.html. You have to right click on it and "save target as..."

It's a start....

Backing Tracks

Shoji has a bunch of great backing tracks for cheap at: http://www.shoblues.com/musicroom.html
I don't think he has exactly what you are looking for, but David had mentioned that he does do custom backing tracks? Might be a good site to bookmark for backing track needs down the line?
