I currently have Boss RV 6 Reverb pedal, and a Lone Wolf V2 Delay Pedal...which is the prefered/ recommended order ?

Mic - -> Boss RV 6 Reverb - > Lone Wolf V2 Delay Pedal - >  Mixer - >  Amp

Thank you for your time

Pedal order

There is some thought that becuase reverb emulates what the venue itself would do to the sound, it should go last. The idea being that once you've "glued together" all of the other effects, the reverb pedal is just spicing up that final sound to make it sound more like your small coffeehouse is actually a huge gothic cathedral.

With these two pedals, however, it might not make a difference you can hear. You might experiment. Just don't use that bomb-prood super Velcro stuff (like on one of my non-harp pedalboards - it could be the end of the world as we know it, and the survivors STILL won't be able to change the order of my pedals) until you've made a final, final decision.

Best bet, though: Contact Randy at Lone Wolf. (And see his https://www.lonewolfblues.com/pages/faqs) web ideas.) He's very knowledgeable, and very gracious about discussing combining his pedals with pedals from other makers.
