Improvising Study 2 Homework Assign 2 - Record 2 NEW versions of original Improvision, correct?

Lets say my original did not have a -3 focus note, so get rid of one of my redundant focus note choruses and replace with a new -3 chorus? Also, My original only had 6 choruses total - Head, 4 choruses, end (Head) and the jam track only used 6 choruses. So record with a new jamtrack that contains 7 choruses? (Head, FN 2,3,4,5,6, Head)

For the 2nd new recording - use the original song but make sure a good mixed use of textures? Or use the new Version 2 above with focus notes and make good mixed use of textures?

Hope my questions make sense

Hello lhobdey. No, just one,

Hello lhobdey.

No, just one, implementing both Focus Notes and Textures.

"Lets say my original did not have a -3 focus note, so get rid of one of my redundant focus note choruses and replace with a new -3 chorus?"

You got it

"Also, My original only had 6 choruses total - Head, 4 choruses, end (Head) and the jam track only used 6 choruses. So record with a new jamtrack that contains 7 choruses? (Head, FN 2,3,4,5,6, Head)"

No you, you can keep it the same length... you don't need to have all Focus Notes represented.
