Hi David,

I have the Bassman but can you recommend a good small tube amp at around the same price range that would sound good with a CM mic?

The Fender Super Champ X2 (or 2X... can't remember) sounds great and has built in effects.

Cool. I'm gonna get one. A video someday on their sound with mics, tube changes, settings, & even on how to link a couple together (or one with your Bassman) would be cool if they are one of your more commonly prescribed amps for students.

Do they need tube changes?

It's the same sound as the Fender Princeton Reverb? Which video has the Super Champ X2? I wasn't able to find it. I also was looking on youtube and was about to ask if you knew of any videos that had the Super Champ being played. So you kind of read my mind but I wasn't able to find any videos on the site with the Super Champ X2.
