hello David e would like to have your opinion how long it takes to spend on one level to be sure to be able to pass to another ?? Is it necessary to strive on one level or rather move to another and come back to it later?

Both work... it depends on

Both work... it depends on your preferred way of studying and learning. Most students will work one level of material until it sounds good to them, and then they move on to the next level.
