Hello David,

I'm a new student who appreciates all the work that has gone into the creation of this website to help students learn blues harmonica. I'm trying to follow the Study Plan and also follow Joe Tartaglia's progress, but I'm missing something. The Study Plan materials are organized by Skill Levels and subdivided into Sections and Studies. By contrast Joe's lessons are organized by Lesson Number. What's the correspondence between Joe's Lesson Numbers and the Section and/or Study Numbers?

Welcome to the site Bill. There is no correspondence. Though Joe's lessons are here to help the students of the site, they are HIS lessons and by nature private lessons will jump around and work towards his strengths and weaknesses. You'll notice we don't do much Solo Harmonica Study work... I would like to do more... but Joe likes amplified playing and isn't inspired to practice it... so, bummer for us. So, in the end, it made most sense just to list his lessons in order. I recommend you watch his lessons from the very beginning and follow them like a (very tame ;-) blues harmonica reality show.
