Dear teacher

After I ascending a pattern, I can reverse the sequence or just move back for descending.

Which one is the best?

Hello Mr Bourgeois. Reverse

Hello Mr Bourgeois. Reverse the sequence. For example, playing 2 3" 3 4 5+ 6+ you would play 2 3" 3 4 5+ 6+ 5+ 4 3 3" 2. Or, if the rhythm works better (sometimes it does) 2 3" 3 4 5+ 6+ 6+ 5+ 4 3 3" 2

I recommend 7 \ 8 7+ 8+ 8 9

I recommend 7 \ 8 7+ 8+ 8 9 8+ 9+ 9

Keep in mind it may not sound good, but it's worth a try!

The major pentatonic scale is

The major pentatonic scale is great... the G Major Pentatonic Scale (C Harp in 2nd Position), as written in the Movement Exercises lessons. This works both great on the low and high end.

The other scale is the blues scale... again, G Blues Scale (C Harp in 2nd Position).

Those are go-to scales for blues players.
