One of my favorite Bluesman is Kim Wilson. One of my side projects is learning his technique and playing and singing along with him, Kirk Fletcher and Baral house Chuck. They played on   knkx formally known as KPLU.  "Kim Wilson, Blues all star. KPLU" l found the video on youtube.

The first song is Bad boy by "Kirk Fletcher" If I wanted to ask a guitarist to play this with me, what is the discription of this 12 bar blues tune? Can any one help me with this

Eventually I will learn this but I have been so inspired by his style I needed to jump ahead of the lessons to practice this. Its in first position in the key of A. Thats all I know. Thanks

I Don't know if you looked

I Don't know if you looked but Dave address this in great detail in "Performance Training Study 2". Here's the description, "Understanding the names of grooves and how to explain each instrument's role is paramount in being a good bandleader, accompanist and song writer". I think you want Shuffles, that's what it sounds like on their CD.

Here's the link to the lesson. Hope this helps.
