Answer

Glad you like the book I'm not sure what you're asking in regards to those examples. Maybe what's not clear is that you take the scale defined above (Example 3.1) and play it as half notes (two beats per note... Ex. 3.2), then quarter notes (one beat per note... Ex. 3.3), etc.

So

So what I was trying to say is that there no diagrams examples for each excercise . As you said I use the ( M.P.S. = Major Pentatonic Scale ) and just change it with each exercise. if this is correct . The same goes for the of the rest of the book. if not stated as on page 7 ----- Ex 2.1 Ex 2.2. ect Also on page 8 Ex: 3.8 M.P.S. holes 1 through 3 ( Just means to play M.P.S just those holes ect: Sorry for all the question . I don't want to pratice the wrong way and find out after all that time what I have learn was all wrong now its in my head.

And one day I hope to take a private lesson with you a few hopefully and find out I did all that practice wrong

Thanks

You're doing it correctly... the main idea is that you're experimenting with different rhythms to really get the scales down.
