I can not high speed train. Is there a special articulation? Speed as Palmer McAbee. Thanks

No, just the two that Joe speaks of (throat and Ta Ka Too Ka). Train imitations are not my area of expertise, but generally speaking, relaxing is the key to speed.

The more relaxed form of T is

The more relaxed form of T is D, and K is G. Try Da Ga Du Ga. Ta Ka Tu Ka is more percussive though, make sure to keep working on that as well.
