david i have a friend that personally new jerry mccain and has written a book called the life and times of jerry boogie mccain that jerry asked him to write so its sort of an autobiography he finished the book this year im not sure if he sent them to book stores or not but i can get some copies if your into reading some blues history just shoot me an email and ill get you one jbth12@gmail.com thanks
im not really sure the man that wrote it works with my wife and is friends with us through work i have a copy and itis basically writen by a man named grover brown but exactly in jerrys words my wife is getting me a few more copies i emailed joe filisko and richard and will be sending them copies when he gets them to my wife and i have no problem sending one your way im half way through the book its kind of a hard read yet i cant put it down i had her get three more copies one for each of you i used to do some lessons with richard and went to his place a couple of years ago to learn some tweaking things and knew he would want one and figured with joe being the country blues man would be interested and figured i would extend the offer to you no real need for promotion just thought you might want it for your collection you can email me a po box or address you would like to have it shipped to no need for payment thanks
