I am not sure what forum software you are using . It is not vbulleint ?  

 

Can any body tell me how to get notified when some body replies my thread 

 

Also how to find the posts I sent?

I can only tell you that I have been on this site for over a year and use/check the forum area frequently. I know of no way to find my own posts and I have never been notified when somebody replies to my thread. I have to go in each day to see if I have a response to my input or question.

I have spent 15 years of my

I have spent 15 years of my life developing webistes even phpbb one of the oldest forum had that notification by email option

Not sure what forum software it is perhaps an addon to drupal or some thing? Anyway that is why reply to questions take a long time .
