Hi, I am unable to view videos
I am unable to get help
I am unable to call you for help
I am unable to stop the recurring charges

so could you or someone else PLEASE HELP

Hello MX. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems viewing the videos. I contacted our web master and he stated that he emailed you last week and has not heard back from you... he said he'll try to contact you again. If you have not provided your phone number via email please email him again with that so he can call you and help to get your computer dialed in.
