Help on the A harmonica???

Hello,
On the beginner fundementals it states the following:
need the A Harmonica for this study.
I have a Hohner Special 20 in the key of C. Will this work or does this mean I will need another harmonica in the key of A? I am brand new to all of this.

Thanks for the information. I will be getting the Key of A Harmonica.
You'll find it a lot easier to have a harp that's in the same key as all the recorded examples and backing tracks. A C harp will put you in a different key and the holes, breaths and bends won't match.
You'll still use your C harp to play in other keys - in fact, over time you'll acquire harps in all 12 keys, But the learning materials here are all written for an A-harp.
