Having trouble with loading study songs

Hi David,
I'm having an issue with saving study songs on to my desktop in mp3 format. When I save a message comes up about a websaver format. Then when I load onto desktop the file is in a format with the symbol @ on the front and it will not load onto amazing slow downer. Need some help here.

Great. Remember not to get ahead of yourself... work on only two studies at a time and make sure to record them as you finish and send them... I see in your pic you can record ;-)

Thanks and yes I can record. Almost ready with my 1st submission " Walk With Me " . Gotta get used to checking in with The Forum.
