Hi there,

I was sold a C Harmonica (SilverStar) when I asked for a good one to begin with... but it seems that an A Harmonica is what you use in the lessons and what you want us to use... if I use my C, what's the difference?

Thanks

Welcome to the site CarlosR.

Welcome to the site CarlosR. There is an intro lesson for those with only the C Harmonica, and it's found here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson. After this lesson, if you decide to continue, you'll need to pick up an A Harmonica to be in key (make the same sound) as what I use in the lessons. Best wishes on your studies.
