Can someone recommend good harp literature. I know David wrote a tons of them, you can see the list on the "About David Barrett" section.

What would be a good reference book.

What about magazine or biography.

Steve Baker's "The Harp

Steve Baker's "The Harp handbook" is also very good.

The only magazine going right now in the US (aside from a few club club newsletters) is Harmonica Happenings, which you get if you join SPAH (Society for the Preservation and Advancement of the Harmonica. http://spah.org

The National Harmonica League in the UK puts out Harmonica Horizons, also quite good, again as a benefit of membership. http://harmonica.co.uk/

I used to publish HIP - The Harmonica Information Publication, and still have copies of some of the issues available for purchase.

Thanks Winslow - I notice no price is mentioned for mailing or shipping. I have placed an order for the four available issues, so if this is in error, let me know.

Hank - Nope, no separate

Hank -

Nope, no separate shipping charge. Mailing has gone up a lot since my initial pricing decisions, so maybe I should start doing that.
