Garage Band versus the Amazing Slow Downer

Hi David:

I was reviewing recording study 2 to watch you with 'Garage Band software. I have a few questions;

1) Do they have Garage Band for windows?

2) Does Garage Band change the Pitch and also slow the tempo?

3) if so the answers to 2 above is yes, then do you really need to get the ASD?

1) They do not

2) I don't know, I don't use Garage Band myself

3) Correct, you don't. I have Pro Tools, which does this, but it's a much slower process (it requires you to do time stretching and cut and paste for each time you want it to loop), so I don't use it
