Hi David

I found a lick chart ( Mel Bay's Blues Harp Licks Chart by you .But lost the CD is there any way I can get another copy ( MB 20719BCD )

Sorry to hear that. Mel Bay does not sell their CDs separately... so you'll need to purchase the product again. In this case it's only $10.
