Fixing new harps that arent right

Hi I have been getting reed plates only for my special 20's and swapping out my Blue Moon combs Una pregunta? If it comes with a 3 draw (for example) that works and seems to be in tune but to full bend seems to - not quite get there ... is it just stiff maybe ?  a little gentle toothpicking ... I've noticed this on a couple now Tried to find on the site but couldn't  thx

  1. Question: Were you able to achieve your three DRAW bends on the #3 hole (Bb, A, Ab) with the original Special 20 comb?
  2. Question: For comparison, do you have another harmonica in the same KEY that you are able to achieve your three DRAW bends on the #3 hole (Bb, A, Ab)?
  3. Question: When you naturally BLOW on the #3 what note appears on your Chromatic Tuner?
  4. Question: When you naturally DRAW on the #3 what note appears on your Chromatic Tuner?
