Hi David,

In the video from Richard Hunter, he is playing into a guitar amp with a low impedance microphone. I thought that it was expected to produced a bad sound.

Do you have any explanation ?

impedance adaptor

Well, checking the second video tonight, it can clearly be seen that at 1'31'' there is something between the mic plug and the amp. It has to be an impedance adaptor.
