David,
5th chorus, last line...to be able to ever move on to the next lesson I need to pucker the bends (although I can TB..2,4,5 and 6..still pucker goes deeper right now)...but I believe when you get to the lift on 2/1 holes i think this assumes you are in TB?...if i get there can i substitute a lip pull or 123 lift instead because i am then in pucker and then tongue switch the 1's?
Thank you!

Answer

Most players who use a mixture of TB and pucker will commonly pucker the lower three holes and when they bend. So for you in this case, you will pucker the entire line (measures 5-8). When you want the tongue block sound (slaps, pulls, octaves, flutters, etc.) then you'll use the tongue block, it's not needed in this line for your purpose.

Understood..does this mean

Understood..does this mean that on the last measure from the 2 draw pucker you move left and grab the 1 draw for the lift? then the 1 draw 2 X?
