Hi David,
What I'm about to ask may not be possible due to copyrite laws, but is there a way of copying and pasting my favourite licks from your study songs onto blank pages so that I may use for my improvisation.

You're welcome to use the material I teach you in any way Paul... thank you for asking. How you go about doing that I don't know. Most likely doing a screen shot (shift-command-3 on my mac for example) and then cropping it to be small and then importing it into a graphic or word document will be the quickest way.
