I have been a member of bluesharmonica.com for close to 2 years now. Love the things you put out. But I have to say the biggest problem I had with the website was there are so many material available I didn’t know where to start. The new LOA system is simply brilliant. Thank you for making it available. I also have a few questions regarding how to make practice time effective. Could you comment on my current practice schedule list below? I feel like I am spending too much time on long notes and scales but then again I think they REALLY help.

20 mins, Long notes, play at 60BPM using the blues scale, 20 beats per note
20 mins, Scales, play the major scale and blues scale at 160BPM, 180BPM and 200BPM
20 mins, New technique, currently working on tremolo
30 mins, Study songs, currently working on LOA Level 1 and outside materials
30 mins, Chorus form, make up one lick a day and play it in AAA, AAB, ABC formwith fills

Thank you for hanging in there... you're right, that's exactly LOA is for. I agree, I would spend less time on your first three items. I would make each one 5m in length. Use that extra time for LOA material. I look forward to receiving your first submission.
