Well both those guys have great 100% feedback. That's the best way to tell on ebay.
Personally I'd say if you want a good mic then buy one of Joe Spiers (ezeereeder on ebay)). Joe is a great player and one of the best custom harp makers around. He won't steer you wrong.

If Joe Spiers has what your looking for, don't hesitate
I've owned Richarpo's, and JohnnyAce's mic's just to see how they compare to mine. They run a close second.
I would highly recommend both.
I had a JT30 from him once with a CM 99A86 element in it. He does good work and is a nice guy to deal with.
