Hi Skip

I am looking at a Dukane 1A385B.  I see you have this listed on your site on something you've worked on.  how does this one look for a harp setup? I am not sure what the output is on these

DuKane amps

Hello Andrew-  Thanks for writing.  I would say that almost any old tube PA amp would work for harp- after all, they were made for microphones!   However, I have found that many PA amps are a little too touchy and feedback-prone for most harp players.  The DuKane 1A385B is an extremely high-gain amp that I have only used for guitar. I'm sure that with some serious mods it could be made usable for harp, but I haven't tried it myself.
