David,

Love the site.  I'm playing Gary's song and was surprised to see that sometimes the pulls are in the opposite direction from the preceeding note. Is there a rule you use to decide whether a pull is a blow or a draw?

Thanks,

Dan

Evening Dan. I'm glad you're

Evening Dan. I'm glad you're enjoying studies. Yes, there is a general rule...

1) When a pull is between two draw notes the pull will be a draw

2) When a pull is between two blow notes the pull will be a blow

3) When a pull is between draw and blow notes, or blow and draw notes, the pull can be either a blow or draw.
