david can you please explain the dip bend technique on a chromatic harmonica?

Answer

Sure... same as diatonic (start slightly bent and release to natural note), but the chromatic will stall if you use the back of your tongue. Treat it similar to a blow bend, very much in the front of your mouth, and this will stop it from stalling.
