David, or anyone, know if Rick Estrin uses any effects with his Harp King?

Here's what Rick had to say...

"I use a Boss DM2 delay pedal, on some songs. I normally try to set it so it's barely perceptible. In the past I have also used a Boss RV5 reverb pedal. I tried to approach the settings on that the same way."

Thanks Rick!

I think our keyboard player has a unit like the one you use in his music store - I'll give it a try since I have your info on settings. Thank you so much for asking Rick about his use with HK. Rod told me he did not think anyone would need one with HK, but for the life of me I just cannot get the tone where I want it. I am also going to try your approach to amp settings. Both Dennis G and Rod have given me there thoughts, but I like your approach with the heavy bass first, then working up with the treble - Rod runs his treble much higher than i would have imagined and of course he sounds great. Actually he marked his recommendations on my controls with permanent marker when he borrowed my amp - almost gave me a heart attack.
David, if you don't have a tremendous success with this site I will be amazed - your level of personal involvement is inspiring to me and, I'm sure, everyone else.

Thanks Bob. The Harp KIng is a different animal... it's worth spending a lot of time with and experimenting... having Rod's and Dennis' settings is a great thing to have... they both get a killer sound out of that amp.
