connection problem?

I suddenly can only download the instruction clips. When I try to download the jam tracks I can't connect. Anyone else having this problem.

Are you doing "Save Link As"?

save as

Thanks JJudson, but that doesn't do the trick. I can view any of the instruction clips, but lose the connection when I go for a jam track. It may be that I suddenly have a security issue.
