my personal experience with their customer service was absolutely great! I had an issue with my Compu bias sent it back to them they fixed it for free upgraded the software all very quickly.and it wasn't that the Compu bias had an issue. I blew a tube out while having the Compu bias connected to the amp causing the issue.so basically even though it was my fault they fixed it for free.
