I would say that ideally an

I would say that ideally an amp should be stored indoors, but experience tells us that vintage amplifiers can handle being in freezing rooms and the trunks of cars! Condensation is the biggest problem caused by "cold storage". Moisture can form on and in metal parts and components which can lead to rust and corrosion. Try to keep your valuable vintage amps at a comfortable temperature, but a musician's gotta do what a musician's gotta do! And send me some of that 40-50 degree weather, please. In California we have four seasons: December, January, February, and summer!
