By ear? And some pointers.

Most of the Xmas carols are easily playable in the middle register since they usually just use the major scale. Typical ones like the little drummer boy are easy to play by ear (and tab yourself), although IIRC that one requires an overblow on 1st position. Also you can probably find many in harptabs.com.

There's a lesson on folk songs which has Silent night and Jingle bells: https://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/tongue_blocking_study_15

And if you unlock the LOA #1 you get Jerry Portnoy's Blues for Big Nate.

Ill chim in because I searched all over for 2nd position Christmas songs and came across this.  Helped me with bending in tune. You can go to Jon's website and buy the music or follow the youtube video.

Richard Sleigh has a couple

Richard Sleigh has a couple of videos on Christmas songs. https://hotrodharmonicas.com/how-to-swing-jingle-bells-on-the-blues-harp/

Last night I played a concert (big band, saxophone) and played a solo on the Jingle Bells chorus. It was fun to take a tune everyone knows and try to be creative with it while keeping it tied to the song.

It's beginning to look a lot like ...

Tip 'o the elf cap to BGeorge for linking Jon Gindick's Christmas tunes for 2nd position on diatonic. Jon gets really creative with melody on cross-harp. And it wouldn't be the season without "White Christmas."  I worked as a vocalist and in the pit on plectrum banjo this past weekend for a holiday cabaret show at a brew pub. Played "White Christmas" on harp as part of the intermission entertainment.  As I am not Howard Levy, it works for me on my Lee Oskar C Melody Maker, with easy half step bends on 2 and 3 draw for the chromatic run at the start of the melody. But if you're good enough on diatonic ... (Also played diatonic to back up one of our vocal performers on "Backdoor Santa." Nothing says Christmas like "Backdoor Santa." It goes without saying that our cabaret shows are not "family friendly" events.)
