Hello Erin. I have dealt with Bluexlab, and they were good to work with. I have heard that customers in the US have had trouble getting in contact with him... hopeful you'll have better luck. I have not run into poorly-cases, so that's not an issue. I recommend you look up each manufacture's cases (Google search) to see which one fits your needs for size.
