I am brand new to harmonica & was advised to get a 'C' harmonica (now I see you need an A for the lessons-argh....Can I begin learning with my C harmonica as the 'free lessons' came with it?....(I also purchased a beginner harmonica book- would I be better off learning from that to start?) Thanks

Welcome to the site Carebare.

Welcome to the site Carebare. No need to start with your book. There is an intro lesson for those with only the C Harmonica, and it is found here http://www.bluesharmonica.com/lessons/c_harmonica_intro_lesson. After this lesson if you decide to continue you will need to pick up an A Harmonica. Best wishes on your studies.
